In this panoramic film, which is shown on a 240° screen, visitors are informed about everyday parliamentary life as well as interesting facts about the state and its responsibilities.
The project was incredibly exciting and challenging due to the technical requirements involved. The panoramic screen for projecting the film of the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament has a height of 4.7 meters and an impressive width of 28.2 meters. To match this scale, we designed a 3D audio mix for 47 discrete output channels. To create an authentic and enveloping sound experience, we also recorded immersive audio on location at the parliament building. This allowed us to capture the natural acoustics and atmosphere of the space, which were then integrated into the final mix. The result is a truly cinematic experience where sight and sound work together to make visitors feel fully immersed in the heart of the parliamentary setting.
